Sage 100 Contractor is an accounting software used by construction companies big and small and all over the country. Historically, it has been difficult for other software solutions to connect due to Sage 100 Contractor being hosted on-premise, a “closed” environment. By syncing (read/write) your S100C account with your Vendrix account, users are able to capitalize on cost coding workflows that align with both your GL in Sage, and their cost coding logic. This integration allows Vendrix to access essential GL elements—such as Projects, Cost Classes, Cost Codes, and Equipment/Service Codes—ensuring a highly detailed and dynamic workflow. Via dynamic cost coding workflows, users are prompted based on prior selections, and only budgeted or active job codes are made available for selection, minimizing the risk of inaccurate charges being pushed into Sage.
A feature that is consistent among integrations is receipt capture via text. Our aim is to remove the lost receipt excuse. Cardholders can simply snap a photo of their receipt as a response to the text, associating it with each transaction at the time of purchase—no need to open the Vendrix app. This, in addition to an integrated Vendrix card and spend management platform, eliminates the need for front-end manual data entry and aids in transaction reconciliation.
